10.00 Meet, tea and coffee

10.30 Selection of 2-horned pedigree Hebridean breeding stock.

Activity 1: Shearling rams

Activity 2: Gimmer shearlings

Activity 3: Ram lambs

Activity 4: Gimmer lambs

These will be hands-on sessions with follow up discussions.

1.30 LUNCH

2.30 Practical applications of using a working dog with small flocks. Demonstration by Martin Andrews.

4.00 Finish

EVENING MEAL 6.45 at Copshaw Kitchen Bistro in the village of Newcastleton

This requires you to book with Helen Brewis so that numbers are known. Those booking will be sent a pre-select two or three course set price menu. Hebridean Hogget Tagine will be one of the main course dishes.
